I am so honored to be part of this exhibition!
How does one summarize what we have experienced in 2020? At this moment I feel unable to capture the scope of grief, worry, and fear. There were bursts of joy and hope, maybe just enough to get us through. My family and I had our share of misery, but all in all have made it relatively unscathed. We are incredibly lucky to remain healthy, employed, and safe. I look forward to the time when we can regain some sense of normalcy.
I would like to give a huge thanks to Collin Parson, Joy Armstrong, and Daisy McGowan for selecting my work to be included in this exhibition. It is very humbling to be showing my art alongside such talented artists from Colorado.
12 of my artist friends and I donated art to benefit Butte County Firefighters affected by the Camp Fire, the most destructive and deadly fire in California history.
